I’m an engineer at heart and I’m always tinkering with something. Here’s your chance to tell me if anything I’m doing is interesting to you.
A funnel that locks into the MX5 valve cover with a simple 1/3 turn. Stays locked in place as you pour and the large throat increases the oil flow rate compared to the cheap plastic funnel you’ve been using. Pictures show a 3D printed nylon prototype that’s been dyed yellow so I don’t close the hood on it. A real production part could be hard anodized CNC aluminum and cost about $75.
A high quality oil cap made from hard anodized CNC aluminum. Dresses up your engine and designed to be reasonably priced compared to other options available. All-aluminum construction means you’ll want to use a rag to open it when the engine’s hot. A production part would cost about $25.
Spring coupler designed to pair your coilovers’ assist springs and main springs. This design captures the springs from the outside, providing a solid and stable load path while keeping the spring ID clear and reducing the chance of snagging a damper dust boot. Includes a hard anodized 6061-T6 coupler, Delrin spacers, and 316 stainless thrust plates. Will not deform like plastic/nylon alternatives, won’t snag your dust boot or mar up your shock body threads.
